A Glimpse

A Glimpse    I had an opportunity to experience the healthcare system last week as a patient. Unknown to most of my patients, I have high blood pressure. It started to get out-of-control when our buildings were being constructed. There were so many missed opportunities to get the job done correctly and on time, mostly brought on by endless miscommunications from the architect to the job site supervisor.
