Beautiful Slab

The foundational slab has been poured. It is truly a beautiful creation.      Work began very early on Wednesday July 3 (5:00 am to be exact) in an attempt to beat the Memphis heat. We couldn't be there to watch the magic happen (because we were all still asleep) but seeing the aftermath is just as magical.      Doc always finds a way to find beauty and poetry in the mass construction of the site.  These patterns are so intriguing and attractive.... Footings toward Foundation

Site grading is nearly complete.  Flags are noticeable all over the property, outlining the future buildings, driveways and parking lots.  The footing work is completed, ready for the foundational slab to be poured on Wednesday July 3!
